You can delete your ENDIA FLOW account at any time.
How to delete your account
You can request account deletion:
- From inside the App: Settings → Delete Account
- Through the account deletion page on our website, following the verification steps provided there

What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete:
- Your account in Firebase Authentication
- Your data stored in Firestore
- The corresponding RevenueCat customer profile, where technically applicable
What is not deleted by the website
The web deletion page cannot access data stored only on your device.
This includes:
- Local readings
- Local baseline
- Session history stored only on your device
This device-only data is removed when you:
- Delete your account inside the App
- Uninstall the App
- Clear the App data in your device settings
Important notice about subscriptions
Deleting your ENDIA FLOW account does not cancel your subscription with Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If you have an active subscription, please manage or cancel it directly through the respective store.

For Apple App Store subscriptions, when applicable, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Inside the App, we may show this notice when an active subscription is detected. On the website, this notice may appear for all users because the website may not be able to detect subscription status.
Restore Purchases
After deleting your ENDIA FLOW account, if you later create a new account, you may be able to restore an active subscription using Restore Purchases, depending on the store account and applicable store rules.
Financial and legal records
Some purchase or payment records may remain with Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or payment providers as required for financial, legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
